जीजस्थान सरकार के कार्मिक विभाग (Department of Personnel - DOP) द्वारा राज्य सेवा के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के निलंबन (Suspension), निलंबन समीक्षा (Suspension Review) तथा बहाली (Reinstatement) के संदर्भ में समय-समय पर महत्वपूर्ण अधिसूचनाएं और परिपत्र जारी किए जाते हैं। राजस्थान सिविल सेवाएं (वर्गीकरण, नियंत्रण एवं अपील) नियम, 1958 यानी CCA नियमों के तहत किसी राजकीय कर्मचारी के विरुद्ध चल रही अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई या आपराधिक मामलों (Criminal Cases) के दौरान निलंबन की अवधि, जीवन निर्वाह भत्ता और बहाली के लिए स्पष्ट प्रक्रिया तय की गई है। इस लेख में कार्मिक विभाग द्वारा जारी सभी आधिकारिक परिपत्रों की सूची और सीधे डाउनलोड लिंक दिए गए हैं।

📢  निलंबन समीक्षा (Suspension Review) मुख्य निर्देश: राज्य सरकार के नवीनतम निर्देशों के अनुसार आपराधिक मामलों में निलंबित कर्मचारियों के मामलों की समीक्षा करने के लिए विशिष्ट समितियों का गठन किया गया है। इन समितियों का उद्देश्य बिना ठोस कारण के निलंबन अवधि को अनावश्यक रूप से बढ़ाए जाने को रोकना और नियमानुसार समयबद्ध समीक्षा सुनिश्चित करना है।
