MACP (Modified Assured Career Progression)
The Rajasthan Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) Scheme 2023 provides financial upgradation opportunities to government employees who do not receive regular promotions during their service. Under the scheme, eligible employees can receive benefits after completing 9, 18, and 27 years of service. The initiative aims to improve employee motivation, career growth, financial security, and recognition of long-term service.
